1. Regarding order cancellation
・We generally close orders at 12:00 PM Thai time (GMT+7) every Friday (please refer to the order calendar).
・Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, Thailand time (GMT+7) will be processed the following week.
・Please note that cancellations can be accepted up to the order deadline, but cancellations cannot be made after that time.
2. Regarding returns and exchanges
・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of delivered products due to customer convenience.
・Before placing your order, please check your order details once again.
3. Regarding defective products and incorrect shipments
・We will respond if the delivered product is defective or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
・Please contact us via "Contact Us" within one week after receiving the product.
・Please be sure to take a photo of any defective items. We will need it for confirmation at a later date.
・If we confirm that the item is defective or shipped in error, we will respond as follows.
(1) We will exchange the item for the same item only if it is in stock in the country where you ordered.
(2) If we do not have stock that can be exchanged, we will issue a refund.
・For credit card payments: Refunds will be made to the credit card used.
・For bank transfer: Refunds will be made by bank transfer, so please let us know your bank account.
・Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the product. We will bear the shipping costs for return and reshipment.
